With a poetry degree after graduation, I thought, “WHAT am I going to do with my life?”
I was feeling lost, wondering why I couldn’t conform with or fit into some kind sort of “path” … limiting beliefs flooded in … “I don’t have a career path... I don’t know if what I’m doing is impressive enough… I’m never going to make money doing something I love... It’s just not in the cards for me…” and more. I was drinking heavily, stuck in the college party routine—in a vicious cycle of doing things I regretted, then spending the next day in a puddle of shame, locked on repeat.
Getting a marketing position working for a holistic wellness company made it easy to look at my body, mind, and spirit through a lens of autonomy, creativity, heart-centered healing, and empowerment.
Are You Ready?
The process begins!
- I started healing my gut, heart, and limiting beliefs that were in the way of my fullest capacity to build a life for myself from the ground up.
- I started letting go of societal expectations/standards and listening to my most authentic desires.
- I took a yoga teacher training.
- I sat in plant medicine ceremonies.
- I got a coach! I became a coach!
- I started to travel! I went on hikes by myself!
- I drove through the night to see the sunrise in the desert of Utah!
- I dedicated my life to discovery.
- I opened my arms to life, and it opened its arms to me.
- That is the space I have for clients to step into.
